Tiki uses Feedcreator to generate feeds and Zend_Feed_Reader to consume feeds, starting in Tiki5

RSS in Tiki8
RSS feeds need a clean-up for consistency.
1- These three lists are not consistent:
templates/modules/mod-rsslist.tpl
templates/header.tpl
templates/admin/include_rss.tpl
2- Lists should offer direct access to RSS feed for each
Checking permissions and that feature is activated, it should be listed in places like:
tiki-list_blogs.php
tiki-forums.php
3- maps RSS
needs to be reviewed: I don't see a use case for this.
