We should get a modern jQuery/HTML5 tag cloud. See Visualization.
Tiki tags were added in Tiki 2, based on Freetag, an Open Source Tagging / Folksonomy module for PHP/MySQL applications, which is mostly inactive nowadays.
Tags are similar but different to categories.
