I am not able to get a tracker to collect registration data.

I have followed the steps here: https://doc.tiki.org/User-Tracker

I get these errors upon registering an account:

When I'm viewing the tracker on the "List Tracker" page, the item count is shown correctly, but when I click on the tracker to view the information collected, it shows zero results.

The user page where the tracker information collected is also throwing php errors.

I get a php notice:

when viewing page tiki-upload_file.php

I know we lost icons with the font-awesome upgrade, so presuming thats the issue here.

Organic Group Addon gone in current 14.x compared to what doc.t.o says about it

But in 14.x svn r55196, no option to enable Organic Groups (no organic group seen at all in the Control Panel Features > Addons tab.)
