Description

I get a php notice:

NOTICE (E_USER_NOTICE): Icon not found: cloud-upload
At line 181 in lib/theme/iconsetlib.php

when viewing page tiki-upload_file.php

I know we lost icons with the font-awesome upgrade, so presuming thats the issue here.
