I am pretty sure this is a regression. I didn't notice this before

http://dev.tiki.org/tiki-view_tracker_item.php?itemId=5386&threadId=3942&cookietab=2#threadId3942Should take me to the comment "This is what I see". But instead the comment "I agree with you Gary " is at the top of the page

- Hope r52426 helps - was always like this i think, the comment would be scrolled to the bottom of the window, but with that many comments it was very confusing.
