Hi,
Following a doc example, on a fresh TW21 docker install from tiki, I create 2 trackers:
1st has fields: name, sports (linked, multiple values)
2nd has fields: sport
entering 2 sports and 1 name with 2 practiced sports for the dude.

Now go to tiki-ajax_services.php?controller=tabular&action=create
and if you click "Initialize this format with the current tracker fields" (http://127.0.0.1/tiki-ajax_services.php?controller=tabular&action=edit&tabularId=4&prefill=1)
you get an error 382 according to Apache:

I tried using old export function and, instead of flattening the values to a comma list, it exports to CSV with "Array" in place of the linked values.

I also tried to make a tabular, then manually change field definition to "multiple values" and it threw an error about "Field mode" and it removes the field.

Maybe I do it wrong, how to export (and import) linked fields with multiple values?

It looks like mode is in working for item_list relating to a item_link field, but it only shows the first value

Best fix qould be with option like item_list field where you can specify format like %0,%1 or [%0,%1] or else, to choose the way to export and import nested values.

I just downloaded Tiki 4 on my local Windows machine, and tried to install it.

Everything seems to go fine, except that when I log on as admin for the first time, the system asks me to change the password. I enter the old password (admin), and then 1234 twice, and then hit Change.

But nothing happens! I am stuck at the exact same screen for changing the password.

I have tested this with Firefox and IE, and I get the same behaviour on both.

This essentially means that I cannot log in as admin and change the configuration of the site.

When i disable Remember Me I am immediately logged off. When i try to log back in the system accepts the credentials but logs me back off. When i access the database from version tiki 5.3, i can log in without any issues.

It looks like in version 6.1, when i refresh a page or change pages, the system logs me off. If i have Remember Me enabled i don't have this problem.

On many machines, and with both Firefox and IE, attempting to login as a user or admin results in an error message "You have to enable cookies to login to this site". Both in IE and Firefox cookies are enabled.

This problem has shown up recently on Tiki.org forums

It has also been reported as a bug "Cookies with Tiki 6.1"

Can't upload files to a file gallery through tracker field 'files' with IE11
I can't with either drag and drop, or through the button "browse files": I select the file, click at form button, but nothing happens (no file is uploaded).

Ref: sg-aspb warehouse tracker and filegal.

the issue is important, since in some organizations, only browser is IE11 and IT department doesn't allow installing any other browser than this in corporate computers (unluckily)

It is not possible to create or name a page "Sandbox".
If I do there is an error:

I edited several items in the tracker 24.
But I couldn’t save edit on this item : https://tiki.org/item10362 (They should be some restriction to view this tracker as it is not public)

I tried to create Mail Accounts in a new Tiki instance and this is failing.
In my local instance it is not possible to add a mail account completely (IMAP + SMTP).
Although I __could add__ and succesfully test two __SMTP__ servers to Tiki webmail, ...

... it is __was possible to add__ the respective __IMAP__ servers and I did not find the related error message. I tried to switch on logging on the server and to display all errors in Tiki, but with both I did not succeed.

It is aswell not possible to add a new mail account. The appropriate 'create' button greys out and Tiki does nothing.

Now I will try to reproduce the error in a show2 instance and report back.
I'll use a temporary test-mail-account, I created on one of our servers.

When trying to add a new page to an existing structure I got the following error:

Field 'structure_id' doesn't have a default value


I could correct this very simply by going into the MySQL administrator and changing that column to have a default value of 0. I guess this is just that the DB set up SQL is incorrect and needs to have default value added to that column. I used the update SQL from 1.8 to 1.9 to create this tikiwiki so I guess that is the SQL that would need to be changed. I have not tested the new clean DB install of 1.9.

When you have a group name like "Finance and Marketing Departments" and you create another group called "Finance and Marketing Departments Moderators". You will not be able to add users into the latter group if that user is already in the first group. This is caused by "duplicate key" error in the attempt to add the user, because the key length limitation is 32 chars.

This bug might probably be Mysql settings dependent.

The "Change language for this page" form fails when it's applied to an Article.

After SVN update, the connection to the profiles repo is not possible (the icon is yellow). Setting write perms to all files/folders seem to solve the problem but probably it is only some folder of which perms are changed and need setting. To investigate what exactly is the issue and provide a better error message than simply yellow icon.

When Full WYSIWYG editor is activated we cannot create or edit wiki pages after upgrading to 29.1 from 27.5.

When nesting pretty trackers inside a wiki page, the trackerlist for the inside pretty tracker should be able to accept "metadata" from the outside pretty tracker, specially {$f_itemId}, to use as a filtervalue for the inside pretty tracker.

However this results in the following error:
trackerlist: Pretty tracker reference "$f_itemId" could not be replaced in plugin "trackerlist".

This is true with all of the pretty tracker "metadata" such as:
{$f_created}
{$f_status_input}
{$f_status}
{$f_itemId}
{$f_lastmodif}
{$itemoff}
{$tr_offset}

Note that items such as {$f_xx} where xx is the field id and items such as {{page}} work correctly. The issue seems to be limited to using the pretty tracker "metadata" inside the trackerlist of the inside pretty tracker.

An outline:

Three trackers: one for Movies, one for Actors, and one for Cast using two "Item link" fields to link movies and actors.

Three Pretty Trackers: one for Movies, one for Actors, and one for Cast

Wiki page for "Raiders of the Lost Ark":
- Calls trackerlist using the Pretty Tracker for Movies with page=view to show details for this specific movie such as release date, studio, poster, etc.

Wiki page for "Harrison Ford":
- Calls trackerlist using the Pretty Tracker for Actors with page=view to show details for this specific actor such as birth date, birth place, etc.

Pretty Tracker for Movies:
- Contains a trackerlist using the Pretty Tracker for Cast that should have filterfield="xx" where xx is the Item Link field for the Movies tracker and filtervalue={$f_itemId}

Pretty Tracker for Actors:
- Contains a trackerlist using the Pretty Tracker for Cast that should have filterfield="yy" where yy is the Item Link field for the Actors tracker and filtervalue={$f_itemId}


Using the {$f_itemId} in the Pretty Trackers results in the error:
trackerlist: Pretty tracker reference "$f_itemId" could not be replaced in plugin "trackerlist".



Workaround:

Make both the Cast fields Page Selectors and use either filtervalue={$f_xx} or filtervalue={{page}}

It works, but this approach loses the relational benefits of using Item Link. Also, instead of using drop down selectors to select the Movie and Actor for the Cast tracker, the names themselves are required to be typed in, which can be cumbersome and error prone.

Setting "Easy to solve?" to 8 based on the idea that it should be fairly simple to solve since the Pretty Tracker already allows {$f_xx} and {{page}} etc., it's just a matter of including the "metadata" fields into that group.

Since I upgraded from 1.9.11 to 2.0 I first lost the menu, then after change the theme to simple that gets menu back now I cannot login anymore , neither with admin user or normal user. Tell me if you need further info.

When using LDAP External authentication, I am unable to create a new user on the user administration page.

It does not require a password to create the user, but when you click Add, you receive the error message "Password should be at least characters long"


Users are created when they login the first time, but I need to configure permissions before they login.

lang/de/language.php causes a "Cannot modify header information" PHP error

the button "insert internal link" (on the WYSIWYG-editor) doesn't work.

it opens a new window "local.php not found — This is normal if you have not run the tiki installer yet".
