Autotoc (revamped) includes headings in pagebottom module zone
The autotoc plugin builds a table of contents based on headings in the wiki text, but it currently includes headings from the pagebottom module zone (the h3 module titles and probably any other headings there). |

Autotoc broken for HTML headings
When the wiki page contains HTML headings, autotoc fails to display. It doesn't matter if the HTML plugin is used, or if HTML is activated for the page (and the plugin not used), in both cases the content of the page will narrow to make space for the autotoc, but the autotoc doesn't appear. If there is a combination of wiki syntax headings and HTML headings, autotoc will not appear. If there are only wiki syntax headings, then autotoc displays normally. |

Backport fixes to Profiles Wizard in 19.x to 18.x LTS
I've recently noticed that current trunk (r67636, soon to be 19.x) has Profiles Wizard feature fixed finally (yay, thanks to all those of you who made it possible!), but 18.x still shows spurious errors (for the end user experience) in the basic path to apply the featured profiles from the profiles wizard. We need whichever fixes are needed in 18.x implemented in the LTS version of Tiki Help! --- Fixed, afaik,. even if profiles don't get loaded any more succesfully when coming from a link in the profiles wizard. Tested in 18.x and 20.x today again {sign user="xavi" datetime="2019-07-06T16:17:21+00:00"} |

Backslash in page name breaks ability to navigate to page
In previous version, the backslash "\" was allowed as a character in page names, and you could access pages like this fine, but for some reason in tiki 11 if a pagename has a backslash in it, one cannot access the page (get "page does not exist". I tested in a tiki 11 instance, and it appears that this is not the default behavior, and you need to have search engine friendly url's enabled and have enabled your apache clean urls too, which I could not test on the instance. UPDATE: replacing the _htaccess file with a _htaccess from a previous version makes it possible to navigate to these pages with backspaces in their names. Note that the url generated by both files are the same. Not sure exactly how htaccess works, but thats the deal. |

bad contrast of text vs bg in alternate row with trackerlist (or fancytable?) inside a remarksbox plugin with theme cosmo (at least)
bad contrast of text vs bg in alternate row with trackerlist (or fancytable?) inside a remarksbox plugin with theme cosmo (at least) After upgrade from tiki12 to tiki15, and selecting theme cosmo. I had to convert calls of plugin remarksbox into plugin box. For the record, reproduced here: https://sustainability.seeds4c.org/Shared+Forms+to+include (with plugin remarksbox, currently replaced by plugin box, since it's a production site) |

Banner: timezone shifting problem on editing of banners
Normally, we want banners from 0h00 to 23h59 and this works well. However, on banner edit, 3 hours are added (depends on server). This is a new problem introduced by a fix a few months ago. Tiki 1.10 has much better handling of timezones. Workaround: On each edit, make sure to change back to 0h00 to 23h59 {img src=show_image.php?id=31} |

Batch upload don’t work if no checkbox checked
It is not possible to use tiki-batch_upload_files.php to sent file into a file gallery (directory storage). The process seems to run but no files are uploaded (and removed). I found a workaround, check any of the checkbox at the bottom : *Upload into galleries according to sub-directories *Use the last sub directory name as description And it work (even when there is no subdirectory) |

Batch Uploading to Database Gone in 4.0 But Present in 3.3
I have a 3.3 Tiki Application with a File Gallery configured to store files in the MySQL database. It IS possible to upload zip files and unzip them during the upload. Very useful! I'm testing a 4.0 instance of the same application, and now the "batch upload" feature does not upload and unzip *.zip files. I noticed the following comment in the Tiki docs.... ~~#f00:"Note that you can use the Batch uploads only when you don't use the database to store the content of the files!"~~ Was some functionality taken away?! I sure miss it. If I change to storing files in a directory (instead of the DB), will that also mean the loss of full-text search capabilities? |

Behavior of heading anchor icons broken
At the community site, just updated to Tiki 17, on https://tiki.org/Tiki%2Bvs%2BXWiki , the heading anchor icons work properly in Firefox (they are the correct size and display on hover), but they don't in Chrome or Vivaldi (they're too large and always display). (Both of these browsers, along with Opera, use the Blink rendering engine.) |

Big avatar in forums, elsewhere
{syntax type="tiki" editor="plain"} "If a user upload a big avatar (more than 45x45 px) tiki 2.1 not 'avatarize' and show the big image in the forums. This problem may be very uncomfortable when you read a forum topic." I can confirm that this still occurs on tiki.org and whatever Tiki version it is running presently, specifically with GIF images. -- ssanders |

BigBlueButton: no audio
Hello, I'm using the BigBlueButton as stadalone and it works fine. But there is an audio problem when I use it as a feature in Tiki. Everything works fine except the audio. When I click on the headset it doesn't join the audio server (freeswitch). I have the same problem on this site: http://tiki.org/live Tested on Tiki 6.3, 7.0beta2, 7.0RC1 with the same effect. BBB version 0.71a as a VM Firefox 4.01, Chromium 11.04 Thanks, Chris |

Bing Machine Translation does not work
The Bing Machine Translation feature does not work in Tiki 15.2. I have registered an Azure application with the following credentials: * ClientID: tikitest * Client secret: qtlQwEJZ71Xp25WcQ6sLfnYvSaCoA I have enabled the Machine Translation option and selected __Bing__ and entered the correct credentials. When I try to use the Machine Translation option on a wiki page, the page reloads, but the original language remains. Tiki displays the following text alert box: WARNING This text was automatically translated by Google Translate from the following page: myWikiPageName Notice that Tiki says "Google Translate" even though I selected Bing as my machine translation. I flagged this as Importance = 10 because Bing offers a free machine translation option, while Google does not. |

Blog and Post heading preview broken in Tiki 6.1
When creating or editing a blog, the __Display Options__ tab includes two fields: * Blog heading * Blog post heading There is also a __Heading Preview__ button on the tab. 1. The __Heading Preview__ does not show any sort of preview -- it simply reloads the page. 2. When ''editing'' a blog, there is a second __Heading Preview__ button, also which does nothing. |

Blog post title doesn't display in preview mode
When I preview a blog post at themes.tiki.org, which is now at version 17.0, instead of the blog post title displaying, the text "No object information provided." displays. This isn't a big problem as a practical matter since I don't really need to see a preview of the post title, but it would give a blog author the impression that something is broken in the preview function. |

Bootstrap Tour broken, needs library update
Tour doesn't work in trunk currently (to be Tiki 19) since the switch from Bootstrap 3 to 4, in a quick test of an existing tour. The first popup appears but the second doesn't. But according to the Bootstrap Tour site ([https://github.com/sorich87/bootstrap-tour/issues/554]) it should work so the library needs to be updated and then Tour retested. |

Bootstrap, Composer; Tiki25 is now set to use bootstrap 5.3.x while it shouldn't have been changed
From my understanding and after a discussion with Gary. Tiki25 is supposed to work with bootstrap 5.2.x Tiki26 is supposed to work with bootstrap 5.3.x As discussed in the matrix chat, it seems that setup.sh / composer has been updated to use Tiki26 dependencies. {CODE()} Bernard Sfez I'm setting a theme on a brand new tiki25. (from git) I'm facing several issues about Undefined variable... $primary-text-emphasis-dark $primary-bg-subtle-dark: ... $min-contrast-ratio: 1.8 I tried to compile as is the tuften them and I have the same errors... Some collisions between bootstrap5.2 tiki25 and tiki26 ? --- gary_c-l Those variables are new in Bootstrap 5.3, to support color modes .../... --- Bernard Sfez I see that tuften v25 is different from tuften v26 (variable_dark and others are missing) --- gary_c-l Interesting. I'm going to try compiling Tiki 25 Tuften in a Tiki 25 instance here. gary_c-l Well, tuften compiles without errors here, in branch 25. --- Bernard Sfez ... did you run setup.sh ? It is possible that the vendor package is updated (for bs5.3) gary_c-l Yeah, I didn't run setup .sh. The Bootstrap version in vendor is Bootstrap v5.2.2, in my branch 25 instance. Maybe composer isn't configured right, if setup .sh results in having the wrong Bootstrap files for branch 25. {CODE} Tiki25 code (composer packages) that is our last stable version should not be changed by Tiki26 requirement. Tiki25 being the only Stable version between Tiki24 (old) and Tiki25 (unstable) it should be at least working as it was, --- Below, just after a second fresh install (nothing else was done, not preference changed) I tried to compile an existing theme. {img fileId="2065" thumb="box"} |

Border on checkbox cells in tables broken by position: relative
{syntax type="tiki" editor="plain"} Currently in master, the horizontal borders on table cells that contain check boxes aren't displaying. Removing the "position: relative" property from these cells solves the problem (the borders display, like those on the other cells in the table row). I would like to remove this property but don't know what its purpose is, or when it was added. (It's not a Bootstrap rule - it was added in themes/base_files/_tiki-tabs_and_tables.scss.) Apparently related to https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/commit/ea3869d71c9ede4765d06a336ac0f5233c7d1f80 . When I disable it, I don't see a negative effect in desktop or mobile view, only the positive effect of the border displaying again. If someone knows the reason for this property, it would be great if they could switch to an alternative solution that doesn't mess up the table display. If no one knows the reason, I'll comment out the rule in the SCSS file. |

Brand new install forces to display Homepage as if SEFURL was enabled (but fails if disabled server side like in show.t.o)
After changing admin pass in a brand new Tiki install the user is sent to example.com/Homepage even if the preference was not enabled by default, and the server didn't support it, like in the case of show.t.o. This can produce the awful impression that Tiki is broken just in your first trial/test in a server. |

Broken images in Newsletters in 12.x (images sent with relative links)
This was working quite well in 9.x: images from article topics, and tracker images were shown in the emails sent by tiki newsletters. In Tiki12, they are not shown anymore (links to the images miss the domain name in the url. Example of url from a missing image (from a tracker item image) in the email: http://img/trackers/cbc123f5818f99ffa55c3befd01d1a65 Images from rticle topics are not included in the email either, it seems. --- Images broken also even if I enable the setting "Add BASE tag in the page HEAD" (in Admin home > Look & feel > Miscellaneous". {sign user="xavi" datetime="2014-03-05T13:11:24+00:00"} --- u: admin p: 12345 To reproduce: * Add your email in the recipients of the newsletter 1 + http://xavi-9794-5162.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-admin_newsletter_subscriptions.php?nlId=1 * Go to send newsletter 1: + http://xavi-9794-5162.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-send_newsletters.php?nlId=1 * Add a title and select the "Newsletter template 1" in the dropdown of "Apply content template" ** You will that the homepaeg is shown in the newsletter, with some images. * Click at the button below "Send Newsletter" & "Send" * You will be missing images from article topics and tracker images (image field and file field) ** the only shown image is hte one with a manual inclusion with img src= and absolute url.
