Mirror Trackers

Note: This feature is abandonware

As stated on the doc-wiki page Mirror Trackers

If you can code and want to fix and improve it, go for it.
Otherwise, using Mirror Trackers is NOT advised.

Strongly recommended to use standard Trackers instead.

We want to remove this from Tiki4 and are looking for somewhat to write data migration script.
