Hi Marc.
1. Responsability for "gardening" current issues should rely on those who are well-versed inside the Tiki Community.
2. I agree. Most of what is currently on the queue for removal, is ideas that were left behind. So the reason for this cleanup at first is to get rid of what is broken, not used, not functional. After that phase is finished, we should start looking forward.
3. Thanks for this link. It will come handy.

Jonny Bradley 05 Aug 15 11:51 UTCHow about for the time being we restrict the wishlist fields to only appear for "Team Wishlist" members?
A cleanup is a great idea! But even more important: what is ongoing plan for maintenance? Confirming new issues, closing fixed issues, etc. Who will take on the responsibility? -> https://tiki.org/Wishlist+Team
Part of the reason for current mess is successive people that came along with ideas, started changes, and didn't follow through in keeping the place clean. Also, in past operations, there were some technical issues / limitations that caused huge pain. So nextdev.tiki.org is a great place to practice before any risky changes. -> https://dev.tiki.org/item5406
Good luck!
