Description

We can already filter by section:
http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-searchindex.php?highlight=test&where=trackers

Now, we could use âŒ©=fr

Also, users can now indicate to Tiki the languages they speak. If a person speaks three languages, s/he should see all three.
