On the last step of the installation the admin is asked if he want to lock the Tiki.
No matter what you choose, after the submission, it take 10 to 15sec before you are redirected to the homepage.It is A LOT of time without waiting wheel or something and the user may think he missed the click on the button re-submitting and getting to an error page (this Tiki installer is locked).
