I believe that in Tiki 20x the 'header' field is not entirely working -
when viewed on Wiki pages, a header field is displayed in simple text, not H1, H2, H3, etc., nor does the 'no toggle, open, closed' functionality work - all are just 'no toggle'.Thanks,

- fresh opening of tiki home page tiki-index (I removed a warning) is it OK
- Tracker with field type "Numeric" won't
