As an example, here is a Merge Request (MR): https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/merge_requests/53
When it arrived in Tiki SVN:
https://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/69454
As you see, a lot of important context is missing. Could we automate adding of the MR URL?
