Describe precisely what you did (how to reproduce).
I installed Tiki15.2 and I then went through the themes during my testing of 15.2.Describe exactly the faulty consequences.
I found the Custom CSS and UI Effects are missing when you click on those headers at Control Panel/ThemesExplain what you expected instead of the faulty consequences.
The Custom and UI Effects should have a popdown area to apply those parameters.- Importance
