An upgrade of a 12.x site to 15.x broke the ability to pay quantities with decimal points (0.5 €) to paypal, which worked fine in 12.x
Changing the amount to 1€, it worked as expected in 15.x
With Plugin "MemberPayment"
UPDATE: CLosing it, since I haven't been able to reproduce in another PHP+MySL setup (php 5.6 + mysql 5.7, packages bundled with Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit, instead of using some XAMP version) .
