Not sure when this happened but it occurs in 12.6 and all subsequent versions - but if a dynamic variable is used in a contiguous line of text, the text before the dynamic variable and that after it are now in separate p tags so this means that a dynamic variable cannot be used in a paragraph of text. ie if you want to use the dynamic variable %textdoc% to produce:if you want to update the XYZ document then edit this page
it will now be displayed as:
if you want to update the
XYZ document
then edit this page
