To reproduce, apply profile "Small Organization Web Presence", logout, and see , for instance:
tiki-index.php?page=ProductsOverlaping at the bottom as anonymous.

cs-portfolio slideshow theme has overlapping problems
temporarly you can change the slideshow theme setting in the plugin configuration to any other theme (eg: "mini-dark"), it is changed in the show instance and it looks ok
