In documentation page for annotations PluginAnnotation, the screenshot shows that there is a link field along with label, but in 12.0 no such field exists.
How to reproduce:
1) Upload an image to a file gallery
2) Put a annotation plugin in a wiki page
3) Create an annotation
4) Check the popup
5) No Link field available- Workaround
