The bug has already been submitte via SourceForge and posted on the Video Team page

Solution

I tested this ticket and it is now ready to be closed.

Workaround

In the meantime, grab the .mp4 (.h264) transcoded raw footage of the "Kaltura" / TikiFest in Ottawa back in April 2013 and be patient to upload the material as it is a 45 minutes continuous clip.
