Description

PluginTrackerItemField has rather limited expressive power.

Solution

An extended version may be restricted to user item look-up functionality only when no trackerid is given. It shall be capable of parsing #user, #group, #usergroup, #field(<trackerid>,user,<fieldid>) and similar "value=" expressions. The autosave functionality (like trackers) would also make sense to introduce.
