I have an error when I try to add a new user:

Hello,
This issue is well known and already fixed. You should update your tikiwiki with last 2.1 release (https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=64258&package_id=266122
). The fix is in code since 2008-08-18.
Assume this issue is closed given lack of response. Please open a new ticket on a supported version if issue still exists.
