When trying to update or rebuild remote index from Admin Mods section in tw site, get an error message stating:
Impossible to open http://mods.tikiwiki.org/Packages/00_list.public.txt/Packages/00_list.public.txt
: Connection timed out
The URL used under config mods was http://mods.tikiwiki.org
. I didn't have the problem until I ugraded to 1.9.8.3. I got on IRC, and suggestion was made to try http://mods.tikiwiki.org/Packages/00_list.public.txt, which gave same message. The admin mods area tells me the permissions to write are correct, so it doesn't appear to be a permissions problem.- Importance
