Edited language file for the german localization. Not perfect, but better. Based on the language file from Tiki 9.0Beta
The blue event ist set to 11:00h. The Tiki ist set to 24h but the time is shown as 11a (indicating AM). The minutes are not shown at all when the event is set to occur at the full hour. Comment Incorrect display of an event
