Functions "url" and "host" defined as "static". Following the php warning (strict) about the need to decalre these functions as "static" because of the use and definition of external url , it seems well that the systems desn't hang anymore on "data transfer from uk.babelfish.yohoo.com" as this was happening quite frequently (before I had done this patch).
