2469 Htaccess
This file fixes the truncation of parameters in the ReWrite from short to long URLs for blogs and forums.

It is likely that other features with similar rewrite rules suffer similar problems, however the Tiki I maintain only uses a limited subset of functions and I cannot confirm these other cases for now.

Since this is my first attempt in programming php, I'm pretty sure, that this plugin can take some polishing :)
But because of mostly being copy&paste it is in good working state. (At least good enough for my production system.)

The PDF is generated from a structure. It shows how the TOCs of each of the preceeding wiki pages in the structure are repeated with the print-out.

I managed to create a patch that seems to solve the problem.

The problem was queries with more parameters than unbound variables.

I don't have a development checkout; could someone pleas review and submit.
