I wish show.tikiwiki.org worked for editing older items (made by usernames containing a number)
Creating show.tiki(wiki).org instance does not work when trying to create it on older items / not submitted by me? Or is it because Chealer9 has a number in it ? https://dev.tiki.org/item3667 http://chealer9-232-3667.show.tikiwiki.org/ OK, great reveal by Jyhem via [http://irc.tiki.org/irclogger_log/tikiwiki?date=2013-08-08,Thu&sel=180#l176|IRC|box] ! There is instance http://chealer-232-3667.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php which is clearly missing the number 9 and first letter is not uppercase ! Gives a hint ? |

I10n: admin pages not displayed properly
Installed a clean TW6.1 for a new multilingual project. Choosed to limit languages to either german or english. whenever the language is set to german (english works fine btw.) and i want to go to an admin subpage (like tiki-admin_modules.php, tiki-admin.php works fine) i only get (i guess) the $mid part of the templates - white background with unformatted text and no js or css |

IE7 problem with the "Show/Hide menu " javascript (patch now attached as a workaround)
With version 2.2 (not checked previous versions) using the "Show/Hide Menus" option to collapse a left or right hand column with IE7 gives page errors and does not execute. Error message says: Line 409 Char 4 Error: Could not get the display property. Invalid argument. Code:0 URL: http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php Function works fine in FF3 and (surprisingly) IE6 but gives exactly the same problem across a number of different tiki sites with IE7, including dev.tikiwiki.org. The error message (it is assumed) refers to the function flip(foo, style) in lib/tiki-js.js FIXED |

illegal character in html source (syntax error)
In HTML source, line 3 character 1 produces a syntax error in Microsoft Internet Explorer - but only when setting the site language to German. This character is a tab stop. However, I haven't found out the difference between this one and the tab stop used in English. Site: http://list.vic-fontaine.com/ Test user/pw: smarty This effect can be reproduced with clean installations as well. |

Image does not display correctly when width differs from that of actual image
Whenever I try to insert an image in a wiki page and specify its width: {CODE()} {img fileId="51" width=100} {CODE} The image doesn't display properly. All I see is the plugin icon: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s235/sh/56d7e686-a523-41e7-9df9-5059fdd80705/cbec3e47624cc4a9c0f7a45630039d06 Yet, if I display the image without the width argument {CODE()} {img fileId="51"} {CODE} It displays properly. If I specify a width that corresponds to the actual resolution of the image file, then it also works. I have seen this problem with different file formats. I tried to reproduce the problem on show, but was not able to: http://user-10156-4744.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage But here are some screen shots from my 11.x site where the problem happens: Here is a page with an image inserted with and without the width: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s235/sh/b0e781ca-36ed-473a-a517-6ce457b568f4/2606ea1bece64d3326a2042d54ad9da0 Here is the source of that page: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s235/sh/e2b0b7f5-53fb-479a-95c0-3dc9cf52ed9d/271ab3a14a21da68e8294dbf91d372c5 |

Image doesn't show under tiki-110, Wysiwyg and Mutitiki environment
Hi, Using Wysiwyg, I upload a image then it is stored in like .../wiki-up/image/xxx.jpg. Under MutiTiki environment by domain name, this page does not show the uploaded image. The source of the page shows that ".../wiki-up~~#FF0000:/domain_name~~/image/xxx.jpg" while that image was stored in .../wiki-up/image/. So I guess that FCKEditor has to store a image into NOT .../wiki-up/image/ but into .../wiki-up/~~#FF0000:domain_nmme~~/image/ under ===MutiTikiwiki environment===. (How to know for FCKEditor that the site is under MutlTikiwki, I don't know) Thanks and Best Regards, Shigeru Serizawa (Japan) |

Image Gallery fails with Unknown column 'g.parentgallery' in 'on clause'
I am running Tiki 1.9.7 with MySQL on Linux. I have gone through the tiki_mysql.sql file and have found no reference to the column listed in the error message: --- Context: File tiki-galleries.php Url tiki-galleries.php Query: select g.*, a.`name` as parentgalleryName from `tiki_galleries` g left join `tiki_galleries` a on g.`parentgallery` = a.`galleryId` order by `name` desc Values: Message: Error Message Unknown column 'g.parentgallery' in 'on clause' --- This appears as soon as I click on "Image Galleries" folder from the Menu module, or "Galleries". I also get the same error message when I try and click on "Upload Image": --- Context: File tiki-upload_image.php Url tiki-upload_image.php Query: select g.*, a.`name` as parentgalleryName from `tiki_galleries` g left join `tiki_galleries` a on g.`parentgallery` = a.`galleryId` order by `lastModif` desc Values: Message: Error Message Unknown column 'g.parentgallery' in 'on clause' --- Apparently this column needs to exist, but I have no idea what the column settings should be. This is preventing me from even using the image gallery feature. |

"Mandatory category in the categ. tree" nullifies category list in wiki edit page
When I select "Admin > Wiki > Mandatory category in the category tree", the list of categories while editting a wiki page is blank, or it says no category is defined. However, if you click on "admin categories", they are defined indeed. When you unselect this check box, and clean caches, categ. list is working fine again. This is not a theme specific issue (reproduced with geo.css, tikineat.css, lesjetesdelencre.css, ...) ---- update: sylvieg fixed that months ago, I think. (thanks sylvie) |

"new user registration" has problems (newest TIKIWIKI on newest PHP) - either bug or config aspect
"new user registration" has problems. Problemss stated for TIKIWIKI 1.9.8.3 tried on newest PHP versions 5.2x (+newest MySAL) - Fantastico install of 1.9.8.3 also concerned. - It is either a config error by admin, or a problem of latest stable TIKIWIKI (Oct. 2007) with neweset versions of PHP, or something similar. Various tests + details are described - please visit the links below. Hopeful to get opinions on this before going on with my tests. If it is not a software bug, then it would at least probably be an aspect about the ergnomics of instructions. When this problem will be settled and if found of general interest, I will perhaps add the experience to the TIKIWIK docs. Details are in the FORUM: Architecture/Installation : http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum.php?topics_offset=1&topics_sort_mode=commentDate_desc&forumId=6 There the item: "Register as a new user" does not excecute - config error? or bug in v.1.9.8.3 ?" : http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=27095&topics_offset=3&topics_sort_mode=lastPost_desc&forumId=6 |
