Editing an item I tried the "preview" button it shows me an outdated version of the item in the preview (previous status) and the formatting in the text area was broken (no line feed, etc)

This is not good enough to be in Tiki as it is and should be experimental till it is fixed.

+ it should be optional.

One of the checkboxes was mandatory. Since it's to accept something, it's not clear that I am not required to check it.

A drop-down would have been better in this case.

I've edited a tracker item, with a few changes in the same go (in case it matters):
* added some categories
* added content to a text area (Solution)
* and changed status from open to closed

History doesn't show the contents I added to the text area "solution". See it reproduced here:

It seems that current server setup require links to be made with https instead of http, and that link pointed to a forum post with just http.

Tracker history seems to be defective in Tiki6.4 (in dev.t.o)

It doesn't show anything in some sites (contact Xavi for a db dump if anyone is willing to debug), and in others like dev.t.o some information is repeated 8 extra times.

To reproduce: create a new tracker item on this site. Add it to the Drawing category, but don't give it a rating. After, check the ((Drawing)) page and you can "see" its absence.

Open a tracker try to sort the item.

A weird badge with number "1" is displayed and it confuses users (way too pro-eminent).
It seems this is a new sorting enhancement that allows multi-sorting with Shift/Ctrl+click.
Trying to use this = WSoD or a fatal error.

I can't see an option in the tracker properties or the trackers admin to disable it.

It should be optional and people that don't want this should be able to use Tiki as previously.

On ((Add to WishList)), quicktags are missing.

Tracker rating links on http://dev.tikiwiki.org/ are illegible. The options for ratings appear as "--2-1012" which looks like some kind of numerical label. The "-2", "-1", "0", "1", and "2" are not visibly distinct entities.

On dev.t.o, on tracker view items it is not possible anymore to use the tracker filter option.

You will see that links do not how on the first trackerlist plugin. They work on the second and third one though.

Removing description from the fields shown in the popup seems to fix it. But not all descriptions seem to break it though - see the second plugin filtered differently which works.

Usually, for categorizing something in Tiki, it is possible to do it when editing the item or via tiki-admin_categories.php

An exception to this is for categorizing tracker items.

This would make it a lot easier to add existing items to a new category. Right now, you have to create the category, and edit each tracker item one by one.

For example, I would like to create two new categories: "Blocker198" and "Blocker110". So we could have a dynamic list of essential things to do in time for these 2 releases.

On a tracker, fields interface you can enable "Searchable" for different fields.
This will add asearch option on the tracker when listing the items.

This search option is returning 0 results for a multi-check boxes filter.

I reproduced at dev.
Go to tracker 10 (test)
I set the "Category field" FieldId 243 to be searchable.
Back at item list, https://dev.tiki.org/tracker10 I choose the filter "Category field" and check the "Indexing" category (there are 2 items). I filter the page is reloaded (or the filter is reseted) 0 results.

Problem: Someone could assign a tracker item to me, but how will I know unless I watch the whole tracker and check for my name in all the watches?

When I pick a login/username as "Assigned To", this person would need to receive a notification. Next to the username drop-down, there could be a checkbox "send a notification email to this person"


This is not so important, but a similar idea:
If it was the group which was picked, it could send an email to all members of the group.
