13.x: Comments can't be posted in some pages of the Featured Profile "Collaborative Community 12x", such as the homepage for registered members, or newly created pages such as "Subject 1", etc. Doing all that as admin.

I tried in tiki.o to grant the permission to join group and subscribe to group for TwCommunity to "Team Documentation" , for instance, and I couldnt' grant that permission locally to just group Team Documentation, but it was changed to all groups.

I'm not sure right now whether this is a regression or not, but at least this seems a bug to me (or at least a feature request)

14.x: tab toggle button from PluginTabs not shown or not working

Reproduced here with android 4.2 default browser (clinking on notabs button does nothing but reload the same page), and with chrome i get no tabs and button to recover the tab diaplay mode (i had clicked in a "notabs" button in the same chrome in normal non-mobile view in a 12.x site):

When someone clears the statistics on a given survey (or poll), the tiki_survey* tables are cleared accordingly but the statistics of the users vote are left.

It means that when someone wishes to "recycle" an existing survey by clearing the statistics, changes the questions (even adding new ones), then the users who have already answered to old survey cannot vote for the new "recycled" survey as if he/she already answered it.

The problem also exists when a survey or poll is deleted : lines in tiki_user_votings which shows who has voted on what are left which has clearly no consequence since the id should not be reuse.

When a new user registered with anti-bot and user tracker for more user information getting error message that registration code is invalid.

Here are steps to reproduce the problem.

1) Setup user information tracker with couple of fields.
2) Go to registration page
3) Enter registration details and click 'register'
4) This will take you to new screen where user tracker information needs to be filled.
5) Once you fill the user tracker information and click 'Save'
6) You will get error message that registration code is invalid

After creating a new blogpost and saving it, the post shows a lot of empty lines at the beginning of the post.
Looking at the html result, there are about 9 <br/> entries before the actual text.

A 1.10b1 release of about a month ago did not show this behaviour.

In TikiSheet: I'm trying to have 'T' or 'true' shown when two other columns have the same value. But =(H3==K3) when saved shows "true=(H2=". Note the truncation; the truncated stuff shows up in the expression field on the edit screen. Before being saved the cell shows 'true'. Adding a conditional ("?:") expression wrapper did not help.

Also, a spreadsheet could not have rows added to it until a similar expression was removed from the spreadsheet.

Many times, in random places, the www will get knocked off the hostname. I think it mostly occurs when I submit a confirmation to do something. I noticed it again today on: ./tiki-removepage.php when I confirmed the page removal at www.casesofinterest.com, I was returned to casesofinterest.com - kind of annoying, as I wasn't logged in to casesofinterest.com. The www should not be dropped.

When an image is displayed with Shadowbox the description text is shown across the top of the image - but only 1 line is shown so long descriptions are just chopped off. It would be good if as many lines as were needed could be used here.

The same problem occurs with underscores instead (_)of dashes (-) and using |# making things even worse.

The docs don't mention anything about -,_ being special characters when parsing link descriptions; nor should they be.

Seems like Tanzania keeps falling out of the country list. This was the case some years ago. Might as well add Swahili as a language option if applicable.

I have a very strange experience today. I tried to access the "Categories" page from three separate browsers: Google Chrome 0.2, Internet Explorer 7, and Firefox 3.0.3. I receive a "cannot be displayed" in all three browsers, even though (a) the relevant file (/tiki-admin_categories.php) is on the server, in the correct location (i.e., the root directory), and (b) has not been changed since I loaded TikiWiki onto the server, so there would not be any custom code that causes interference with the base functionality.

In Firefox, the browser attempts to download the tiki-admin_categories.php file as if it is an external object, eg a PDF.

Can anyone shed some light on how I might go about resolving this issue? It is a very strange one!

Example: I've created a created including two date fields, Date Started and Date Closed.

Both are date and time data type, with options d,2008,,blank

I've also created a wiki page and added a tracker new item form with PluginTracker, configured to display only Date Started. When saving the new item, the visible field (Date Started) inserts a blank as expected (from the values in the controls), but the hidden field (Date Closed) inserts today's date. If Date Closed is made visible, it starts defaulting to blank as well. So hidden fields appear to be behaving as if option 'empty' rather than option 'blank', or not picking up the option at all.

Update of database to 7.0 doesn't work properly so I was need to export wiki articles to tiki 7.0 version so I tried to use this feature (Tiki -> TikiPages -> XML Zip. I have extended version of PHP so it shouldn't be PHP Problem.

The screen shots are showing exactly what my search text box looks like: right in the middle, I see a separator.

When I am browsing in French, the search engine textarea shows a separator pipe right in the middle.

It has nothing to do with my screen size (Cntrl + or minus), I tried.

Does any one else sees the same?

It's cumbersome. Of course it has to do with the restricted amount of caracters that one person can use when writing a menu. In english I don't see it.

The second screen shot shows the same prob in German language.

This prob is not new. It's just me who took a long time to report it or others are seeing the same?

Various erratics behavior with the "sort" command by clicking a column of the header :

1- on "date" no effect or the list is cleared (after a crash of SQL request : before we had the crash, now it is handled but simply clears the list)

2- on "version" no effect at all.

Using Tiki 7.2, we encounter the following issue with module semantic_links:

We've defined the abbrev. »wp« for links to Wikipedia articles, such that ~np~((wp:Jon_Doe|Jon Doe))~/np~ expands to a link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Doe .

We've also defined a semantic link type »wp« to mark links to Wikipedia articles, and want to use the notation
* ~np~(wp(wp:Jon_Doe|Jon Doe))~/np~

This works well for the actual wiki page, and the abbreviation is properly expanded into a link to the WP article.

However, in the module semantic_links, the link text is displayed as
* »wp:Jon_Doe«
and the URL of the link is
* »oursite.com/wp:Jon_Doe«.

Can this be fixed such that the module uses the same link text as the
respective wiki page?

(The Wikipedia link type is only an example, but note that it's reasonable for a wiki page to have several links to Wikipedia articles using the wp: abbrev., but still only one of those of type wp(, thereby indicating that the external Wikipedia article and the local wiki page are about the same subject.)

In templates/modules/mod-semantic_links.tpl, you will see where the
link is generated:

Replace this with:

~np~{wiki}(({$msl_url})){/wiki}~/np~

I didn't test it but it should work if you have sefurl on, since with
sefurl on the value of msl_url should be simply wp:Jon_Doe«,

but the hackish way didn't hack. =;-)

In tiki-admin.php?page=sefurl, we have
* Display blog title in the sefurl
* Display article title in the sefurl

which is really nice.

Even better would be to also have:
* Display tracker item title in the sefurl
