I just sent a newsletter to 26 users using Tiki29.

While sending I received messages that the Newsletter was succefully sent.
One row per email + a counter so if I believe Tiki feedback.
26 emails received 26 newsletter.

BUT one the address was one I control at Gmail and I didn't received the newsletter.
It was not in the spam.
I didn't received an error on my sending email.

That a terrible failure because now I don't if ANY of my newsletter was really sent and I have no real course of action.
I'm against sending the newsletter several times as this is not professional + can lead to blacklist my email.

Feedback tool MUST be reliable.

The Bing Machine Translation feature does not work in Tiki 15.2.

I have registered an Azure application with the following credentials:
* ClientID: tikitest
* Client secret: qtlQwEJZ71Xp25WcQ6sLfnYvSaCoA

I have enabled the Machine Translation option and selected __Bing__ and entered the correct credentials.

When I try to use the Machine Translation option on a wiki page, the page reloads, but the original language remains. Tiki displays the following text alert box:

Notice that Tiki says "Google Translate" even though I selected Bing as my machine translation.

I flagged this as Importance = 10 because Bing offers a free machine translation option, while Google does not.

I'm using 1.9.10, on my server I can use ONLY php 4 and mysql 4, I was having problems downloading files from galleries (file and image), that doesn't display or download properly. Thanks to nkoth3 on the irc channel I discovered that the problem was that Tikiwiki adds a blank line at the top of each file making that files sorta "damaged". So I used a script to find which tw files has blank spaces or lines at the end of the code (after ?> ) but also fixing all the files didn't solve for me.

Just getting a blank page after trying to save a wiki page, and nothing is saved.

__What i did__

Every now and then dev.tw.o becomes unaccessible. The site gets slower and slower and eventually it stops working. The problem is with the database. Line 767 in lib/trackers/trackerlib.php

Under some circumstances this query never returns from the database, runs forever and blocks the complete dev.tw.o database, making the site unresponsive.

When creating or editing a blog, the __Display Options__ tab includes two fields:
* Blog heading
* Blog post heading

There is also a __Heading Preview__ button on the tab.

1. The __Heading Preview__ does not show any sort of preview -- it simply reloads the page.

2. When ''editing'' a blog, there is a second __Heading Preview__ button, also which does nothing.

!!!What I do
I create a blog post with characters like less than, ampersand, etc.

!!!!#First problem
The individual blog post looks fine but the list of blog posts is all wrong: I see the encoding of these characters. ("&lt;" instead of "<")

!!!!#Second problem
When I edit my blog post afterwards, the textarea does not show the content I put in. It shows the html codes for less-tan, ampersand, etc. ("&lt;")
This is why I say the original contents are corrupted.

!!!Probable reason for bug
When a blog post post saved, it does not save the content properly, it saves "&lt;" instead of "<", etc.
Wiki pages do not have this issue and they save "<" when "<"< is entered.

Notice that with view_blog_post, this line __is__ displayed:

But with view_blog, the code is __not__ displayed.

Blog entries should be displayed identically, regarless if you are view the blog or blog post.

You create a blog, Assing local perms to a group which name contains an space (or special characters such as é, è, ñ, ç, ...). Then when you attempt to delete the local permission, you don't succed. The url is something like:

http://domain/tiki-objectpermissions.php?referer=http%3A%2F%2Fdomain%2Ftiki-edit_blog.php%3FblogId%3D5&action=remove&objectName=BlogNAME

And it produces the error message saying somerthing lie "there is not enough information to show this page".

In Tiki 1.9.8.3, even if the feature is off, you can see references to trackback pings in tiki-view_blog.php , tiki-view_blog_post.php, tiki-edit_blog.php and tiki-blog_post.php

Proper feature checks for {$feature_blogposts_pings}, {$feature_trackbackpings} and if the feature is activated per blog should be done.

I have posted several items to a blog through xmlrpc.php, using bloGTK 1.0 (GNU/Linux), and they are posted in Tiki (except for the title, which I already reported another bug at this tracker).

I can select afterwards any of the posted items, and edit from bloGTK. When I post the edition,I get the message (in local) that the post have been successfully updated, but then at Tiki, the blog post dissapears from the list of posts.

Using "Blogger" Blogging system, in BloGTK configuration.

If a blog post is created in the wysiwyg editor (full html config) then viewed as a RSS feed then all the html tags are visible.

This is suspected as being a (very last ??) vestige of the parser/encoding issues we experienced in Tiki 9/10

If a user edits a blog post (ex.: to correct a typo), it becomes the post author and after, the original author can no longer edit it.


author should not change, or even better, let the admin pick the user from a drop-down list.

There is a bug in
__tiki-view_blog_post.php__

The BLOG TITLE is invisible.

By accident, I ran the mouse over the area, and the invisible blog title was highlighted.

The current theme is Five Alive, if that's any help.

On a page that has a Bootstrap Tour (Tour wikiplugin), if the page has inline edit icons and the pointer hovers over one even quickly, the tour popover disappears, ending the tour.

New:
Sorry but I'm seeing this behavior again in a recent revision of branch 15 (r57769). I'm not sure when the problem reappeared.

the button "insert internal link" (on the WYSIWYG-editor) doesn't work.

When I select "Admin > Wiki > Mandatory category in the category tree", the list of categories while editting a wiki page is blank, or it says no category is defined. However, if you click on "admin categories", they are defined indeed.

When you unselect this check box, and clean caches, categ. list is working fine again.

This is not a theme specific issue (reproduced with geo.css, tikineat.css, lesjetesdelencre.css, ...)
