Category: Regression from 24.x to 25.x

By going to https://nextdev.dev9.evoludata.com where regressions from 24 to 25 are done on https://dev.tiki.org/, the menu is inaccessible.

On a Wiki page by default you have a Wiki top line with location set to top that display on the Wiki page a small menu with "Edit icons" (off by default).

On a Tiki24 after checking it "Edit icons" is off, I set Wiki top line location to "Neither".
No group can see the menu and the "Edit icons" are not displayed.

On a Tiki25 after checking it "Edit icons" is off, I set Wiki top line location to "Neither".
Anonymous and Registered won't see the "Edit icons" however admin is __forced__ to see them.
It is very unfortunate as it often break design of pages in Tiki.

This is a change of behavior.
The only way then to hide them is to go to /tiki-admin.php?page=textarea#contentadmin_textarea-2 and under "Edit plugin icons" disable "Allow plugin-specific edits".

Will be hard for a non power user to know what to do to "counter" this change in Tiki.

On a Tiki24 on the Control Panels, Global setup, Editing and Plugins, Plugins, Edit plugin icons the "Only display focused edit icons (for sections and/or plugins) on request" was enable.

After upgrading to Tiki25 it has been disabled.

I had to revalidate it. (same as the admin language taking over the default language issue)

On Tiki25 using the bootstrap classic layout and default theme the topbar, navbar menu placed after a logo the result is not good. The "Fixed-top navbar height" HAS to be set with some minimal value (not set by default).

Worst on mobile... Check the instance.

Tiki doesn't meet standard expectation IMO, it was "ok" on Tiki24.

On Tiki25 saving an item created through a modal link ends with a "leave page" warning for the process to complete. Tested on Chrome and Firefox.

On a Tiki25;

* In User (tiki-admin.php?page=user&cookietab=3) Show user's real name is enabled
* In tracker settings (tiki-admin.php?page=trackers), Show user's real name is enabled
* In groups, User Registration Tracker, select tracker and field.

Admin create manually users (no registration).
My Admin as now the first real name available on the list even without being linked with a tracker item.
