Convene improvement, attendees and confirmed people
On our Tiki Roundtable Meeting page there is a lot of redundancy task to manage the information. One of them, at https://tiki.org/Roundtable-Meeting-2020-05 we have the convene plugin (people that voted to decide the time of a meeting based on their availability) and we have a list of confirmed people. While it is not 100% the same, it would be nice and look alike most of the similar tools to have the "confirmed" list directly populated from the convene list. This would be optional (a plugin parameter) to have it displayed. We could extend it (like most calendar tools, including Tiki calendar) to have 3 options: Coming, Interested, Not coming. (each one being displayable or not). |

Database update error on upgrading a Tiki21 to Tiki22

Default usergroup (registered) show blank value in tracker usergroup field
On a Tiki22 I user tracker information. By default user will be member of the registration group. {img fileId="1539" thumb="box"} In the tracker I set a usergroup tracker. New registered users show a blank value for the usergroup instead of the "default" registered. {img fileId="1540" thumb="box"} It may work otherwise (forcing the group registered to be selected) but this is counter intuitive and hurt the user experience as this are not done as help says it should. |

Delete, Edit button are not displayed anymore for an item list in the plugin List
On a Tiki 21.x using the "new" and hardly documented option to add action to items from an item list I set a page that using a plugin List displays items (names) and an edit icon (I create a custom template with this icon on the 2020-10-05): {img fileId="1520" thumb="box"} This is not working anymore on my website. However the show instance show it right in the tracker and in the plugin list. NOTE : I remember why now I tried to design it with a custom template as it is not a successful display. ;-) |

Deleting a user require now refreshing the page to see it was deleted
I tested deleting user and users. If I delete a group of users using the checkboxes and the delete dropdown at the bottom I see the confirmation dialog but it doesn’t seems to work. I need to refresh the page to see they were deleted and ONLY THEN I see the success message: Success The following users have been deleted: test3gmail.com, test4gmail.com If I delete one by one users using the action wrench "X delete" it does the same, as long as I don’t refresh no Success message and they still appears on the list. |

Diagrams have poor usability still in 21.x LTS due CSRF and ticket expiration
We have been experiencing in our team at work several issues while attempting to use Tiki Diagrams in production in Tiki 21.x LTS There might be 2 related (for the end user) issues. It seems as if some ticket expires too soon and some error related to CSRF is shown. Maybe after editing the diagram for more than 20 minutes or so (even if Tiki is set to remember the login for days or weeks, which seems to work when we are not using the diagram feature). Diagrams are created to store their contents in a wiki page (because in file gallery we face some other issue still, as reported in [item7192|another bug report]) 2 error messages are shown in similar conditions (unclear yet the exact difference; these reports were sent by work colleagues of mine, so far) Error message 1: {QUOTE()} "An error occurred, please try again. Potential cross-site request forgery (CSRF) detected. Operation blocked. Reloading the page may help." {QUOTE} {img fileId="1450" thumb="box"} Error message 2: {QUOTE()} "An error occurred, please try again. Potential cross-site request forgery (CSRF) detected. Operation blocked. Ticket has expired. Reload the page" {QUOTE} {img fileId="1451" thumb="box"} In case it matters: the https certificate seems to be not recognized (by the browser used to reproduce the issue) as valid. |

elFinder Has Bad URL's
As of 21.x and 22.x the elFinder gallery url's have changed. This has created issues with existing menu items that were pointing to a file gallery. The url's used before would have a trailing /file1 for a gallery. Now using elFinder their is an extra trailing url attached that looks like this: /file1#elf_f1_MQ A show instance will be created, at the show instance you can turn elFinder on and off, and view the gallery url's change. |

Feature request: "CopiedFrom" comments added when copy/pasting from another wiki page
This is the use case: a Tiki site creates a lot of similar documents (which end up as PDF files) in the form of wiki pages assembled from a combination of included pages and text that is copied from "template" pages and customized. When the pasted section of text is edited for improvement, it would be good to be able to see where that section was copied from in order to improve that page (the base or "template" page) as well. Maybe this could be done if there was a feature called "CopiedFrom" that, when activated, would print comments before and after the pasted text such as -+Copied from "Template Page A" start+- ''The copied/pasted content is here.'' -+Copied from "Template Page B" end+- These comments could be ~np~ ~t c~wiki comments~/t c~ or <!-- HTML comments --> or mPDF {DIV(class="d-print-none")}{DIV} comments ~/np~, depending on the site requirements. I don't know if the comment type needs to be selectable per instance or global at the site. As this is kind of a rare use case, maybe it could be implemented as a Vue.js widget (just a thought). It would have to have the ability to get the page name or URL where text is selected and copied and print it as indicated where the paste is made. |

Field lastModif does not exist in the current index error
''This happens at the same time of this https://dev.tiki.org/item7677-Index-error-on-tiki-tracker-built-in-fields-and-BLOB-TEXT-error-after-recent-update-of-Tiki22 but it look now it is different'' On a second brand new Tiki22 created from scratch (a week ago) on my local I'm improving a previous Tiki21 site adding a new page with a customSearch. This is a wiki page with a pluginList and 2 smarty templates (searchresults.tpl and search.tpl) I don’t use lastmodif or sort by date on any of those. During my first work sessions everything was ok. Somewhere around the end of it I enable the "Search" checkbox on one field at "trackerfields4" (tracker4) Back to the same a day later and I have an error about lastmodif poping up. Field lastModif does not exist in the current index. If this is a tracker field, the proper syntax is tracker_field_lastModif. {img fileId="1512" thumb="box"} __If I disable the search on this field (uncheck the search checkbox), delete cookies, rebuild index, refresh and login again the error is gone. __ |

Filtering search results doesn't seem to work
I tried to filter a search (Elastic search) at info.tiki.org and at themes.tiki.org. In both cases I input the search term and got results and then selected Object Type ("wiki page") and Federated search ("local search") to only get results from the site I was at, and only wiki pages. But nothing changed -- the same results were listed, including forum posts and tracker items at other sites. Using Firefox, clicking the "Filter" button had no effect at all. In MS Edge, the page refreshed but the same search results were shown as before -- no filtering happened. Is this a know problem, or is there a method for the user to get this to work? |
