Google adsense does not display.
This error occurred in FiveAlive and "thenews".
I tried using "Banners".
I tried using "Template".
I tried using "Module: AdSense".
I tried using "Module: User".
I tried using "HTML plug in".

In an Article and Blog, I used the HTML plug in, authorized the HTML, and nothing displayed.

By experimentation, I added the carat (box) around the plug in, and it displayed in PREVIEW mode. But when I saved it, an empty box with no adsense text displayed. (No, the carat didn't trigger it, just was the reason I previewed it.)

"Allow HTML" box is checked.

When I look at the page source, the HTML is there.

The xhtml br / is the only discrepancy that I can find between the "PREVIEW" versus the "SAVED" version.

In/tiki-admin.php?page=module we have an advanced feature: "Users can configure modules".

Maybe "Theme Control" needs to be active.

When active, all modules have extra icons for moving them from left to right, or deleting, etc.
This is meant for allowing users to personally changes modules placement or visibility (not globally, just for them).

Advice: create a new user or backup the database.
When clicking on any such icons, table
"tiki_user_assigned_modules" gets values (this looks expected), and the whole display is immediately broken for this user because modules don't show up anymore. Especially the modules for login/logout or menus...

No obvious way of fixing except clearing table "tiki_user_assigned_modules".

Not the most useful feature and I don't know if it worked before, but it should either be fixed or tagged "experimental"...
Customers who hit this found no other way out than creating a new user :-(

the "advanced" search function (which is the default search these days BTW) does not search through anything but Dutch Roman characters (eg the English American character set)

I have 4 pages with the Alón name on them as an example, searching for Alón or Alon shows no results, BTW the non advanced search works correctly

This is on Tiki 4.2

On a multilingual project this makes the search function totally redundant as far as I am concerned

After creating two records in a mirror table tracker, I got those two warnings on every page I visit on that tiki site (I'm admin and I have the warnings on for admins). I know I can deactivate that message for admins, but I guess it shows there's a bug somewhere...

When submitting data through a large tracker [[I will try to attach it], the data saves and tracker-view is displayed. I then click the "Insert New Item" tab, and the tracker form displays with the input fields filled in with the previous submission. A work-around is to select the "View Inserted Item" radio button [[located by the "save" button], before submitting the form. "Insert New Item" should always bring up a blank form - IMHO.

after upgrading a ((tw:TikiLiveCD)) from 3.1 to 4.0, the user admin logs in to tilki-index.php and sees "__Permission denied you cannot view this page__"

I've seen on users management that this user has no group assigned. However, the livecd also had another user with full admin rights by granting them all to him by assigning groups to him with those permissions. Something like this:

Upgraded from 2.4 to 3.0rc1. Upon loading the site for the first time, the header is completely missing, including the search bar. During upgrade the following DB errors ocurred for me, and I don't know if this is related.

after upgrade from 9.x to 12.x wiki pages with html code are reopened wrongly with wysiywg editor and no way to switch to normal through UI

It was rather annoying, since there was no way to revert back to a the normal plain text editor unless I appended by hand in the url the "__&mode_normal=y__" param.

I'll try to reproduce locally with the dump of the production site where this happened, and if I manage, I'll send a dbsump to a developer willing to bugfix it.

I have the following problem:

we wanted to upgrade our old tiki 2.2 to the new tiki 4.0 but there are some problems.

after using tiki-install.php to upgrade the old tiki to the new one the image galleries doesn't work anymore, even though it is activiated in the features menu.

the problem is the following:
every time i want to go to tiki-galleries.php i get the following error:

the problem is as you see there is no error message only the query is displayed.

i tried to install a vanilla 4.0 and created two galleries where each of it has one image in it and it works fine

i compared the database tables tiki_images, tiki_images_data and tiki_galleries and they seem to have the same structure

i tried to copy the tables mentioned above from the upgraded tiki into a clean install and still get the error above

possible problem seems to be with the tiki_image table as it works fine without the images in the image tables - but the error appears only after i copy the image tables into the database

it would be nice if someone could help me / fix this problem as it would take some time to reupload all the images (then probably into the file galleries)

and besides that is there a tool that moves the images from the image gallery to the file gallery for future use?

edit: all the other php files work like tiki-list_gallery.php and tiki-browse_gallery.php

Ajax seems to be buggy and producing a serious bug which duplicates the content of wiki page edit under some circumstances.

I get an annoying "Error" AJAX: error 0 (rejected) for URL: tiki-search-lookup?... on top of pages when requesting some query/navigating away from the page before it finished loading.

Is this necessary to show when I do not care if something did not finished loading yet and I simply want to take another action than waiting till the page finishes loading ajax in the background?

If you use align=center inside a ~np~{img}~/np~ the image will be displayed floating in middle of the text. This is a regression, align=center used to work well in previous versions.

The layout templates are filtered for the selector on Look and Feel admin, so "layouts/internal/" and "layouts/layout_plain.tpl" aren't shown, but the selector on tiki-editpage.php doesn't filter them. If one of these "internal use only" layouts is selected and used, the wiki page display is broken.

If Tiki is going to have System Menu item icons by default in new installations, probably all menu items should have one. Why only "Categories" in the system menu dropdown?

The same items in the admin pages aside menu have icons, so it should be just a matter of adding them to the system menu. Note: be sure these are added in a vendor-neutral way so that if the admin switches from Font Awesome to Bootstrap icons (or another icon set), they will still display.

In Opera and IE7 (didn't check yet in IE6), all sublevels of the Tiki Magic admin menu display all the time. Sublevels aren't top-level item sensitive as in Firefox.

As shown in the attachment, I have a floating TOC in 25.2 this worked fine but now in 25.3 if you scroll past Heading #5 the TOC scrolls up too under the browser links bar. Its proper behavior is to stay at the top of the window and always visible.

When codemirror is on and its default mode is set to "Off (but switchable)", the end user expects to see a button available in tracker item textareas (like in dev.t.o/t5 bug tracker).

But it's not available still.

Codemirror has been set to on (with default theme). If you edit the "Contact_us" page you'll see the content highlighted.
However, no highlighting in the tracker text area field.

Maybe the best option would be to allow the tracker admin to set an option for text areas to include the button to toggle the "highlighter" upon user request (as with text areas in wiki pages).
This way, codemirror could be set to "Disabled but switchable" (default preference in new installs), and each user could decide whether to enalbe highlighting in that text area or not (to prevent side issues in some cases with codemirror on, from happening always in all text areas, etc)

Currently (2.2), if you enable the RSS feed for individual Tracker items, Tiki will create a valid RSS feed for __every__ tracker. I would like to have a method, when creating a new tracker, to specify whether or not Tiki should create the RSS feed for that tracker.

In 18.x (and probably earlier) you can print the table of contents on the fly in the pdf produced by mpdf (at pdf generation time), regardless of using hardcoded maketoc calls, o hardcoded title calls with wiki argument variable -+{ { page } }+- (no space intended between angle brackets).

This feature is nice, but if would deserve another minor level of integration, for those cases in which:

** __ignore__: -+~np~{maketoc inpdf=ignore}~/np~+- ignore the maketoc call when creating the pdf, so that the only maketoc is the one produced by mpdf at the beginning (for cases with wiki page created by Tiki itself, etc, so that placement of the maketoc from mpdf is the expected one, etc)

Opinions?

Current feature Profiles in the Control Panels in Tiki searches profile names by category filters (15.x, etc).

Most profiles in profiles.t.o were reviewed in the last years and the suitable ones were added to the ((Profiles Wizard)), in most cases, and added tags to them to facilitate the discovery of profiles that will let you learn how to master feature X or Y that you might be more interested in (e.g., trackers in general, plugin listexecute, spreadsheets, tracker field itemlink, mathematical calculation field, staging and approval, etc).

Searching profiles from within Tiki by tags (folksonomy-based search) is not yet possible. The interface is ready to search by categories (top-down approach, if the naming of the profile doesn't match your expectations, you will miss it probably). "Who knows that Barter_Market will let you practice with itemslist tracker fields? or which profiles will let you learch how to use maps with tracker items? or with convene plugin? or with listexecute plugin? etc.

We currently allow the profiles control panel to search by profile name filtering by category matching the corresponding tiki version. __We should allow that profiles control panel (and /or the Profiles Wizard interface!) to search by tag name while filtering by the same category corresponding to the corresponding tiki version.__

I've set up a user tracker at registration time on tw.o, when TwCOmmunity group is chosen between the two listed right now at registration time.

This tracker mainily requests selecting a checkbox to indicate that the user understands and will follow the rules and guidelines of TW Community, etc.

I've set up a user field at that tracker, so that we can see when each users decided to join TW Community by selecting that checkbox. And while the compulsory checkbox is not acting as compulsory (due to bug), which users did accept and which ones didn't accept.
