In 2023, we will set up a 3rd show server

This will be powered by Virtualmin and Tiki Manager Package, and it will offer:

• PHP version selector, including PHP 8.x
• A recipe that will be easy to replicate for anyone wanting a similar system
• It will replicate all the still desired functionality from https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/tree/master/doc/devtools/tim
• And we'll make a more generic version of https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/blob/master/lib/core/Tracker/Field/ShowTikiOrg.php (that connects not just to show.tiki.org) done: https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/blob/master/lib/core/Tracker/Field/TikiManager.php
