Should the LDAP and LDAP user fields be duplicated on the LDAP external groups tab? I'm having trouble with the ldap groups syncing with an OpenLDAP server and the repeated LDAP user field in both LDAP and LDAP external groups confuses me....

Some background info: I turned on autotoc for the site in order to have it appear on some specific pages. I didn't see a way to have autotoc on those pages without turning it on for the site. Is that possible? About the broken page issue...
