A very preliminary patch for twiki-1.9-oci8.sql that lets it run to some form of completion. Some indexes/primary keys are not created. Also when run in the GUI installer there are a bunch of ORA-900 errors where the installer seems to barf at the command following a "/". It runs better in SQL*Plus.
A couple of other files need to be changed to match this file:
Change
tiki_content_templates_sections
to
tiki_content_templates_section
(without s) in:
lib/tikilib.php
lib/templates/templateslib.php

Change
outbound_mails_for_inbound_mails
to
outbound_mails_for_inbound_mai
in
lib/commentslib.php
templates/tiki-admin_forums.tpl

Then starting fixing all the SQL that doesn't work....

Patch file to TW 1.9.11 with test code for _htaccess, tiki-setup.php and new file tiki-sefurl.php.
NEEDS ADMIN CODE! I don't understand admin code yet so could not add an admin feature checkbox to enable/disable it. By default is activated, but creates URLs which require .htaccess to be working.

Adds dirlink999 type URLs so search engines can traverse Directory external links.
Adds support for up to 7 merged Calendars (cal1,2,3,4,5,6,7) in .htaccess.

Note: fixes .htaccess bug for eph999 URLs.

Seems that setsectionstate() in tiki-js.js accepts three params bit this file was only sending two.

This fix frobbed from HEAD (1.10)

2) The templates select menu stop the warning if the value is changed, not just if it's clicked.

This file is my first php program. I got disgusted with the bug that won't let me post articles by mail, so I wrote this code instead.

It seems to work, but I don't guarantee it.

Suggested by Sylvie, I tried adding this menu 43 to the default tiki-top_bar.tpl (replacing the entry of menu 42), and changed theme to tikineat. Problem solved: this buggy behavior seems to be specific of the twist.css theme style (not reproducible with tikineat.css).
