I created a profile long ago to test nested tracker demo.
I applied it, and when reviewing the created tracker items, this is the error I get in a quite white screen (css broken):

The error comes from a defective profile, as I'm seing right now. However, it would be much nicer if there a more informative type of error reporting to the user that there is some syntax problem in the field definition, etc.

Plugin TrackerList accepts these params: filterfield & filtervalue
( see https://doc.tiki.org/PluginTrackerList )

In Tiki11 they still work fine. In Tiki12, they found nothing. See reproduced example in show.t.o; basically, applying the Bug_Tracker profile and changing the plugin tracker list code to something like:

12.x: file actions (in file gallery) can't be operated in mobile mode

This is because when you click on the tools icon at the left of the file in a file gallery, a popup opens showing all the posible actions to be done with that file.

In mobile mode, nothing is shown.

Remember that file gallery use the non-elFilder interface in mobile mode.

This was working in Tiki9, as far as I know.

12.x: profile data defined for item link field do not get stored in local tiki where profile was applied

Example: apply profile "Time_Sheet" ( https://profiles.tiki.org/Time_Sheet ), and notice that items "Watch TV" or "Setup of Tiki TimeSheet" had defined "General" in the field "Associated project", which is an item link field.

The field seems to have been well defined, since it allows the admin (once the profile has been applied) to edit a tracker "Time Sheet" item, and select the project from the drop down list (so far it only contains "General").

To be reproduced in short in a show.t.o instance associated with this item.

site lang doesn't change to lang B through i18n admin panel if that admin has selected language A as user preference

Multilinguality doesn't seem to change this behavior.
And even if the setting "Users can change site language" is off, the interface doesn't change to lang B, if that admin has lang A in his user preferences screen.


I would say that this was working nicely in 9.x.... (at least, I never saw that problem and I usually do this type of thing in production sites to test lang changes in the interface, etc ...)

If I add a rating to a new tracker, the rating is not saved.

Also the rating value star has an opaque white background.

These occur on dev.tiki.org presently.

If Rating with "Stars (system)" is supposed to be deprecated, could someone please help to switch the rating system in the dev.t.o Bug Tracker ([tracker5]) so that it can use whatever new rating system is not "deprecated"?

It should be a redirect 301. And needs to work for 6.x, 9.x and 12.x

This worked when the feature was introduced so some other fix / enhancement must have broken it.

This is especially not good because in this version the ((canonical)) link is just relative and thus, we have two canonicals for same page...

9.x - trunk: Can NOT export fields nor synchronize a big tracker

Smaller trackers seem to be fine with exporting tracker fields.
But with this one, no content is shown in the popup box where the exported fields should be shown.
Somehow I managed to replicate this issue in my localhost in a Tiki 11.x, and I see this error message then:

I tried also exporting the whole tracker, fields and data through the tracker synchronization feature (), but After I click at the button to "search the trackers to clone" (or similar), at teh remote tracker duplication step, then I get this fatal error page:

Any help to get the tracker exported, by any means, to another Tiki install?

* Set up backup server (could be using a *.tiki.org domain name)
* Nelson to provide a script for Marc to run on a cron job on each *.tiki.org sites that he is hosting.
** For security reasons, could be a good thing that this backup script can add only (and thus, that a compromised server can't be used to erase all our data)
* For the other servers managed by leu, changi and oliver, give them the same script or use an alternate method which provides the same result.
* Provide access to those backups to Jonny and LPH as they are needed to solve dogfood bugs, and they are great for performance testing.

If the script fails, there should be an alert to the Monitoring system (the community one managed by Tiki). So the script should signal some sort of success to Shinken instance we have.

In 3 of the 22 themes (Coalesce, Ohia, and Strasa) the critical action buttons are missing when trying to translate pages. In 18 themes these button show up. In one theme (Utopias) them are partly off the screen, but present enough to click them.

__This situation is reproducible by anyone logging into demo.t.o/12.x/ as admin__, then selecting any page (in the screen captures below, I selected "Page to test translation features"), then either:
a. from the left menu, under "Translate Updates" -> "Outgoing" select one of the languages available (currently French and Korean) and click the leftmost button {img fileId="425" thumb="y" rel="box[g]"} (with pop-up description of "update it" in English), or
b. click the Translate button, and choose to translate into a new language (one other than the ones for which translations already exist.

1. Here is the way the screen should look like, when updating a translation (theme:Fivealive):

As one can also see, in ALL themes, the titles of both the left and right parts of the screen overlap, i.e. the left part does not wrap in its half, but this is a relatively minor irritant.

The missing buttons prevent users using the system with the themes that don't work.
