When you uploaded a file in the Tiki file gallery, the name field was filled with the filename of the file.
IE: this-is_my-name.pdf = this-is_my-nameSince a few weeks, the "name" is curated and capitalized.
IE: this-is_my-name.pdf = This Is My NameWORST when the user change it back to what he want and later edit a different field of the file like the category it change back to the capitalized version. If this is a feature it should be optional and NOT change without consent the user data.

As discussed on the Matrix chat, this is a new feature for Tiki30.
I don't know why this is now on Tiki29 and (as reported by @joel.magene) in Tiki 27 and 28.- Solution
