Description

On trackeritem there is now a "Preview" button (like on the Wiki pages).

The option of previewing a text, a trackeritem or another feature should be optional.
I suggest we add a master setting on the "Editing and Plugins" at tiki-admin.php?page=textarea, display a preview button as parent checkbox and add subset of checkboxes:

Display a preview button
- Wiki pages (enable by default)
- Trackers (disable by default)
- ...
