Description

In recent versions, at least after 18.2, the phpCAS::client function is calling a function to setservicebaseurl.
1. there is no parameter in CAS configuration to setup the Service Base URL.
2. The phpCAS::client call in lib/userslib.php is called with null regarding Service Base URL.
