At tiki-adminusers.php (Admin users) there is a popover on the username that display the user information.
This popover should never overlap the username link.While this work fine with the "usual" information it doesn't work when "user tracker" is used to store user informations (https://doc.tiki.org/User-Tracker) and have sections (tabs used).
