Description

A few missing utilities from plugin alias management:

Rename alias
Clone / duplicate alias
Export / import aliases

Also, the edit interface could be nicer:

Move it to a separate tiki-admin_pluginaliases.php file
Group all parts of parameters together, e.g.
- documentation
- Simple arguments (or)
- Body arguments (or)
- Composed arguments
