It seems that in 18.4 a regression may have been introduced (barring any strange site settings) where the list of members in a Group are not displayed, instead, the area where they should be listed is all grayed out:
I have a site on 18.3 and it works correctly, and, I checked on a Tiki 20.1 SVN (same exact site as the one on 18.4) and it works correctly there. So the regression was most likely was introduced in Tiki 18.4.
I can export to view the group members but this is very inconvenient (also unacceptable for an LTS version).
