When we have a textarea in non wysiwyg mode, the textarea can be resized by moving the bottom right corner.
The mouse changes its style as illustrated on the attached snapshot.This works fine for FireFox but not for Mac-chrome or linux-chromimum.
The textarea can be resized, but the bug is, there is no hint about it so people miss the information because the mouse does not change shape.
You can reproduce on this very textarea using chrome (no need for a show instance
