Attempt to apply Personal Blog and Profile on clean 18.2 install does fail.
Here is the show.tiki.org instance which shows the problem:

Works for me. I tested in your own show.t.o instance, and I was able to apply the profile (after the usability issue of needing to re-search the profile in the Profiles control panel when sent there from the Profiles Wizard, but this is another issue,already reported at the bug linked in the "related to" field of this report.Can you please retest or something to see whether you still see the same error?Thanks!
