Description

It is not possible to create or name a page "Sandbox".
If I do there is an error:

The Sandbox is disabled

Solution

The error message is insufficient to explain what is going on.

The feature "Sandbox" and page naming shouldn’t be related.

You should be able to create a sandbox page and give it the name you want... Or create a page and set this page as your sandbox.
