Update:
This is affecting also the newsletter sending from tiki.org, to communicate new releases to the subscribed users, and it provides very bad image of the polishness of newsletters in our own servers.- Solution
Fixed in r60831 in 16.x, r60832 in trunk, and r60833 in 15.x

- Wikiplugin img, the plugin is not able to display an image from anywhere on the internet
