When users change the new style parameter, the plugin asks for approval.
This is a usability regression on sites with editors who are not power users and who are not given approval permissions.

hopefully r51908 fixed it?
r51908 is nice and very much expected, thanks, but that was another issue which apparently only got discussed and is reported in Ticket ID 5347.
But it does not fix the usability issue of non-technical users breaking their page layout with an approval request which they can't get out of.
r52044 is the fix I had in mind, by applying the Second Rule.
That way, we can choose the correct option depending on the Tiki site's expected public without the need for a second similar plugin.
