short links indicating tab number do not work anymore after upgrade from 9.x to 12.x.

Example:

Links like:

do not work any more

but their equivalent full links do work normally:

http://ueb.vhir.org/12.x/tiki-view_tracker.php?trackerId=5&show=mod
http://ueb.vhir.org/12.x/tiki-view_tracker.php?trackerId=5&cookietab=2
