When editing a page in IE, you get a big chunk of white space that extends below the footer, i.e., you can scroll past the bottom of the page content.
Doesn't look like the create instance is working right now for some reason, but I tested on a tiki 11 demo, and it affects my install.

This issue is fixed now in Internet explorer, Please check the commit id :48299, Please check the screenshot.
