show.tiki.org are not properly initialized and completely broken.

Just loading up tiki.sql is not a valid way to initialize a database.

Use the command line tools to create clean installs so that the schema tables are properly initialized, otherwise, it will attempt to install all patches on first run, and break everything, badly.

Solution

If installer/shell.php exists it will be run as

php installer/shell.php install

and a current trunk install now looks fine.
